Basert på Foil X modellen gjør denne utgaven perfekt til wind-foiling såvel som wing-foiling. Ultra kompakt shape gjør brettet lett å kontrollere, lett å manøvrere og rask å få opp på foilen. Forlenget flat bunn gir rask aksellerasjon å man enkelt oppnår nok fart for take-off. Store cut-aways langs kantene på undersiden av brettet gjør det enkelt å senke bakenden så man lett popper opp på foilen. Bred nese og bakende gjør brettet stabilt å stå på så man enklere kommer igang både med wind-foiling og wing-foiling.

Foil X Wing har fotstropp inserts både for wind-foiling og wing-foiling samt leash feste både foran og bak på brettet. Brettet har Foil Box for wind-foiing og dobbel US-Box for top plate feste til wing-foiling.

TWO FOIL CONFIGURATIONS

The two extra long US boxes extend all the way to the tail of the foil, offering an ideal positioning for both wing and wind foiling.

FOOTSTRAPS POSITION ADAPTED TO WINGFOIL

The Foil X Wing has two insert options: outboard strap positions for windfoiling and centred strap positions for wingfoiling.

LEASH INSERTS FOR WINGFOILING

There are two leash inserts, one on the back and another on the front of the board. The back insert is for the leash that goes to your ankle, while the front one is for riders who like to secure the wing to the board rather than their wrist.

MAST TRACK INSERT

This discreet insert allows you to fit the mast base and attach the sail for windfoiling.

MINI CARRY-HANDLE

The new mini carry-handle on the bottom makes it easier to carry board and sail or wing together. The Starboard-exclusive handle design is reduced in size to not affect the glide of the board through the water and the hollow internal cavity makes it easy to grip and carry.

HALF-DECK EVA PAD

The large EVA deck pad covers the centre area of the board for wingfoiling and the tail of the board for windfoiling.

YULEX NEOPRENE

The Drake footstraps are made with FSC-certified, sustainably-sourced and plant-based Yulex foam. With 85% natural rubber content, CO² emitted during the manufacturing process is reduced by 80%. The remaining 15% of synthetic neoprene is kept to improve UV resistance.
