Den nye RRD Beluga har en kompakt og dynamisk shape som vil pushe deg til progresjon og utvikling. 

Beluga kommer i seks størrelser; 140, 150, 160, 165, 170 og 175, så du alltid har et brett som passer for moro på vannet uavhengig av vindstyrke. 

150 og 140 har 55 og 35 liter og passer mer avanserte ving-foilere som vil pushe grensene med mere ekstreme manøvre og hopping.

Sidekantene har en markert skråkant på undersiden, dette gir et større område å plassere føttene samtidig som bunn shape gir mindre motstand ved touch-downs. Brettet har også en markert tail kicker som gjør det lettere å pumpe brettet for å få det opp på foil.

ARROW HEAD OUTLINE

A specific and innovative outline shape that will make you enjoy the way it drives you. The innovative arrow shaped outline has very effective aerodynamics and stiffness to enhance your stability and improve your speed.

SIMPLIFIED LEADING EDGE TECHNOLOGY

We have rethought and simplified the whole leading edge design. The new Evo structure has fewer panels to lighten the weight and seams well positioned in most stressed points. The result is 200 grams less weight and a solid efficient feel in your hands.

ZETA STRUT SHAPE

The central strut shape is designed to widen the distance between the strut and canopy. More leverage improves the overall performance of the wing.

LONG HANDLES

3 semi rigid long handles positioned on the central strut for better and easier maneuverability. A unique and comfortable feel, the long handles are ideal to ease your learning process at all levels of riding.

DOUBLE VALVE INFLATING / DEFLATING SYSTEM

You get a better and quicker system to inflate and deflate your wing. We have optimized the stiffness of the whole body by separating the leading edge and strut. The double valve inflating system allows to inflate at a different PSI the leading edge and central strut to obtain an extraordinary feel once riding it.

MAST

The new wider profile and stiffer Universal ALU mast with integrated plate is the top combination for speed potential and superior control. The aluminum plate has been optimized in dimension and integrated into the aluminum mast using new 8 mm diameter screws and 6 mm sideways telescope screws to obtain a 100% solid connection. This mast is 15% lighter and stiffer both in flex and torsion, compared to his predecessor. It has a maximum thickness of 18mm and its profile is designed to minimize twist. We have also introduced a new middle stringer structure in between the two screws that have allowed a higher lateral stiffness. The mast is now waterproof.

FRONT AND REAR WINGS LAYUP

The Universal carbon front wing is designed to start flying at lower speeds. Due to its increased thickness you get the right lift to take off easily and the stability you need to learn your first jibes. The Universal carbon rear wing with negative dihedral (anhedral) is designed to avoid surface turbulences during turns. It also supports you with pumping the board with your feet.

REMOVABLE PLATE CONNECTOR / WING CONNECTION

The new Universal fuselage has an extra wide head area to carry and support super wide wings (up to 120 cms wingspan and 2500 sqcms) and entirely redesigned for maximum lightweight. Its new wider middle and front section design can sustain higher flex pressure and torsion pressure from the input of the mast and front wing and offers an improved level of stiffness. Lighter and stiffer!

MAST FUSELAGE CONNECTION

New 8mm diameter Torx screws for mast, fuselage and wings has improved connectivity to improve in stiffness and for more user friendly assembly / disassembly. The new 6 mm sideways telescope screws secure the fuselage to the mast and avoid any risk of loss.
No more damaged screw heads and threads!

MAST FUSELAGE CONNECTION

The new mast foot adaptor Y26 design is now wider for improved lateral stiffness, securing a “one welded piece“ feeling between fuselage and mast.
Hi density Plastic connector/adaptors to avoid oxidation between mast and fuselage connection.
2 x 8mm diameter torx and 2 x 6 mm sideways telescope screws for a reliable, strong and quick connection.

Waist leash er veldig praktisk og effektivt for wingfoiling da leash ikke kommer i veien når man beveger seg på brettet.
